La fermentaci\u00f3n malol\u00e1ctica, as\u00ec como otras fases del envejecimiento que generan presi\u00f3n elevada en el recipiente, si no son controladas, podr\u00edan producir problemas de estanquidad. La ventilaci\u00f3n adecuada y aire saludable evitan la producci\u00f3n de moho. Residuos de vino o l\u00edas en los contenedores crean contaminaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica. Lavar el recipiente posiblemente a trav\u00e9s de la divosfera con agua caliente y carbonato de sodio o con detergentes espec\u00edficos. En caso de duda, use agua destilada.<br \/>\n\u2022 No use desinfectantes a base de cloro para limpiar el contenedor, las tuber\u00edas y los suelos.<br \/>\n\u2022 No utilizar conservantes para madera.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONTENEDORES ALTERADOS <\/strong><strong>O CONTAMINADOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elija el m\u00e9todo A o B<\/p>\n<p><strong>A) TRATAMIENTO CON DETERGENTE<\/strong><br \/>\nEn un recipiente seco, use un detergente desinfectante espec\u00edfico para madera, normalmente con una base alcalina. Siga las instrucciones en la hoja de datos t\u00e9cnicos relativos.
